Bracknell Forest Council

Bracknell Forest Council is the borough council for the area of Berkshire in and around the town of Bracknell. The council employs some 1,800 IT users located across 50 different sites.

The council had a desire to deliver a more effective IT support service, and in doing so improve end-user perception of the IT team.

Plan-Net provided a flexible engagement using its Co-Sourced Support model, leading to increased interaction between the Service Desk and Desktop Support teams to provide a more responsive service and improve productivity.
