Skills Profiling
Our sophisticated skills profiling enables you to provide us with a comprehensive picture of your background, skills and preferences. Other agencies merely word-search CVs in order to match candidates to vacancies. Our skills profile includes fields for the location, rate and type of work you prefer. You can include your certifications, and indicate the level of your technical skills and experience, so we won't waste your time discussing inappropriate roles.

Consultation
We never forward your CV to a client without consultation. Our reputation with our clients is based on our track-record of providing the most suitable candidates possible. When a client sees a Plan-Net CV, they know the chances are they will interview the candidate. Historically, over 50% of the CVs we've forwarded to clients have resulted in an interview, with nearly one in three of those interviewed subsequently offered a position.

Screenings
We meet you face-to-face before we introduce you to our clients. This personal approach enables you to interact with our staff, ask questions and make a good impression with us. After all, the better we know you, the better we can represent you.

CV Presentation
As your CV is the first thing a client sees, it is important that it makes the right impression. We present your CV in our own format so that it stands out from the crowd. Our format is recognised by our clients and associated with quality. Plan-Net staff will work with you to tailor your CV and to enable you to capitalise on your skills and experience.

CV Limiting
Plan-Net limits the number of CVs sent to a client to three. You are therefore not just another CV to us, but a candidate we have put our confidence in.
