Camden and Islington ICT shared services has awarded Plan-Net a £49,000 contract to communicate, develop, embed and ensure establishment of business-aligned policy, process and procedures across its 14 small office and home office sites linked via a secure IPVPN.

Plan-Net will provide full ITIL education to the ICT team and recommend Service Management technology tailored to specific requirements. Camden and Islington ICT shared services serve Camden PCT, Islington PCT and Camden and Islington Mental Health and Social Care Trust. This NHS group employs more than 2,000 staff including nurses, therapists and consultants.
