The London Borough of Hounslow has chosen Plan-Net to conduct an Efficiency Planning exercise designed to highlight quick wins, tactical solutions and strategic opportunities to achieve optimum levels of service whilst highlighting areas of efficiency and ultimately, deliver measurable cost savings. Plan-Net's unique solution has been specifically designed to encompass the key aspects of today's IT operation, namely people, process and technology and will analyse how Hounslow Council's environment works and how it can improve.

The exercise will provide the London Borough of Hounslow with an opportunity to map out some clearly defined improvement objectives whilst also identifying current areas of good practice and compliance within their IT operation.

The London Borough of Hounslow provides services to circa 22000 people across the borough, providing a wide number of public services such as Adult Education, Benefits, Council Tax, Parking and Recycling to name a few.
