A forthright and challenging Management Consultant, Ian is considered to be an expert in the IT Service Management (ITSM) industry having spoken regularly at UK and European Conferences as well as having had a number of articles published in industry publications.
Ian has worked in the industry for 30 years including 10 years as a Consultant working at Fox IT, EastView UK and Afiniti. He has most recently acted as Training Manager for Fox IT with specific responsibility for their education portfolio.
He has worked alongside numerous public and private organisations to implement and improve the provision of their IT services. He is qualified to run ISO 20000 Consultants and Auditors courses.
Ian has previously held the positions of Director of Finance and Conference Chair on the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) Board.
