Plan-Net deliver ITIL Awareness to London Borough of Islington

Over the past 24 months Plan-Net have provided the London Borough of Islington with consultancy services in support of their overall aspiration to create a more service focused culture, aligned with ITIL industry best practice. With the project now successfully completed London Borough of Islington are keen to move forward and spread awareness of ITIL amongst the council's Management team.

The tailored ITIL Awareness sessions will deliver an understanding of the Service Management disciplines including tasks, activities, roles, responsibilities, interfaces and the benefits ITIL brings. As with all Plan-Net training the sessions will be interactive and include numerous 'real-world' examples.
