Plan-Net transforms the Science Museum

Following on from the successful Service Baseline & Review project completed for the Science Museum in August 2008, Plan-Net will deliver a Service Transformation designed to enable the Museum's ICT department to improve service levels and introduce best practice into the Service Desk.

The Service Transformation will include ITIL Awareness, Process and Procedure Definition and Integrated Toolset Selection along with Plan-Net's usual consulting services and transfer of expertise.

All of these phases would be of benefit to the Science Museum as standalone activities, however by choosing Plan-Net's Service Transformation model they will see maximum value by implementing them over a longer engagement within controlled timescales.
