An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Service Desk Analyst who has proven in previous roles that have a high level first time fix rate and excellent customer service skills. The successful Service Desk Analyst will be required provide support to both investment banking and legal user groups, so ideally you will be from a corporate environment with a large and demanding user base.

You will be supporting users in an XP environment, and have excellent knowledge of MS office, outlook, exchange and TCP/IP protocol. Knowledge of handheld devices (blackberry) and experience of remote tools is also desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a pressurised and focused environment are a prerequisite.
Security clearance in a distinct advantage along with MCPs.
