Requirements

Exceptional customer service experience within a helpdesk or call centre.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a process/workflow environment supporting customers in a complex setting. Experience helpdesk too (Remedy) desirable.

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a pressurised and focused environment are pre-requisite.
