Founded in 1990, Plan-Net was built on the foundation of IT Services supply to the Financial and Legal industries. Initially supplying project teams to the likes of Midland Bank (now HSBC), the company quickly expanded into the Infrastructure Consulting arena and then Service Management.
As a natural progression the company then progressed into the fully Managed Service market and quickly became well known in the Legal and Finance industries as a service provider willing and able to build cost effective and bespoke models for managed component elements of IT.

Adrian joined Plan-Net in 1994. He has responsibility for the quality of Plan-Net's service delivery to its customers. Adrian combines his role as a board director with hands-on client work, and is particularly active in consulting on IT strategy and information security, as well as improving service delivery within the IT organisation.
In keeping with Plan-Net's ethos of staying close to its customers, Adrian has led Plan-Net's relationships with many of its key clients across a variety of sectors.
Adrian has nearly 30 years' experience in the IT industry and more than 15 years as Plan-Net director.
Adrian lives in Twickenham with his wife and family and spends his weekends trying to avoid working in the garden.
Jerry Cave is Operations Director at Plan-Net and one of the company's Founders.
A chartered accountant, Jerry has worked at KPMG and Cannon Street Investments Plc before starting IT Services company, Plan-Net in 1990.
Since then, the firm has enjoyed prosperous growth and helped leading UK organisations, including Financial, Law and Public Sector firms, transform their IT operations into high-performance, cost-efficient platforms for business success.
Pete Canavan joined Plan-Net in 2005. He is an accredited ITIL Service Manager, he has a proven track record in IT with special expertise in the Legal & Financial Services industries.
With over two decades in the IT field, Pete has acquired extensive experience in business relationship development, service transformation, project and people management, training and client/supplier relations.
Pete's other passions, besides Plan-Net of course, are his family and football.
Ben Whitehead is Head of Project and Support Services. He joined Plan-Net in 2007.
An ITIL expert with over 15 years' experience within the IT industry, Ben is accountable for the delivery of 'Best Practice' Services across a client base encompassing all market sectors, bringing experience, significant market and industry leading knowledge, with a history of working amongst some of the most prestigious organisations in the UK.
Ben enjoys travelling, most sports and enjoys spending his free time away from City life.
Jo joined Plan-Net in 2012. She is responsible for marketing strategy, planning and delivery and manages the marketing team. She ensures we promote the value of our services and our latest achievements to our target markets, existing clients and our employee base.
After completing a Business Degree at Bath University, Jo joined the Graduate Scheme at Cadbury Schweppes and then moved into the IT and Technology sectors working for a number of start-up firms before joining Plan-Net in 2012.
Outside of Plan-Net, Jo enjoys playing in mid-field for Croydon and Old Whitgiftian Hockey Club.
